What can I launch on the Free plan?
Points, rewards, VIP tiers, referrals, Shopify Flow, the floating widget, product and cart placements, and the new customer-account loyalty page for up to 200 loyalty orders per month.
What changes between paid plans?
The monthly loyalty-order allowance. Starter, Essential, Growth and Enterprise include the same paid feature set, including POS, the dedicated loyalty page, custom email domain, API and webhooks.
What happens at the order limit?
Loyalino does not add surprise overage fees. Earning, redemption and customer-facing loyalty surfaces pause until the allowance resets or the store upgrades. Existing data and balances stay safe.
Does Loyalino work internationally?
Customer-facing UI includes English, Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Spanish and Dutch, with an English fallback. Shopify Markets supplies available shopper-facing currencies.
